GET FREE SNACKS AND DRINKS ON EACH STAY ! Kick back and relax in this entire basement for up to 4 guests. You will have a kind bed, 2 futons sofa bed, a small cooking area, some gym equipment, a fridge, a 65 inch TV and more. You get your own bathroom.
House is located in a nice neighborhood and 10 minutes from DIA (Tower rd and 64th). Also within 15 minutes walking distance from the Gaylord hotel.
Since this is a basement studio, you will hear people walking above but this is a quiet house.

This is the best airbnb you will ever stay at. My goal is to make sure you can enjoy your stay.
Get entire basement with private entrance all to yourself. Can accommodate up to 4 guests. very clean and well maintained.
As a reminder any basement has potential for noises when people are walking upstairs. However I always make sure to let everyone know to be mindful when coming or leaving. House definitely quiet at night.
If they are more than 2 peoples coming, I will be providing you with either an air mattress or a foldable twin bed for that extra guest. You will need to make sure you update your reservation accordingly. The air mattress or foldable bed will only be available when the reservation is for more than 2 people. Otherwise you will only get the king bed.
I put pictures of both the foldable bed and air mattress in my pictures. Those will only be available for any booking for 2+ guests.

It is within 10 minutes walking distance from the Gaylord hotel. So if you are attending an event at the hotel, you won't have to rent a car.
Parking is on the street in front of the house. They are plenty of parking space for you to park.
15 minutes driving from the airport.
Within walking distance from the Gaylord hotel as well as others restaurants on Tower rd. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.
