Welcome to our Tiny Home. —perfect for relaxing with your family and creating unforgettable memories. Situated in a peaceful paradise, and close access to exciting activities like snorkeling, diving, kayaking, jet skiing, and more. The gated campground features: 24hr security, private boat ramp, basketball & tennis court, children's playground, heated pool, hammocks, fire-pit , laundry facilities and sundeck. Do not miss the beautiful Key Largo sunset from the pool or a common area. All vehicles and visitors entering the Campground must be registered at the office. You can bring your own boat or watercraft up to 23ft on our lot (no water docking allow). All watercraft will need to be park on our lot overnight. Docking on the water is not available to guests (reserved for community residents). Our lot has a 10FT x 47FT clearance for boat/trailer/vehicle parking. There is a REFUNDABLE 250 deposit in case of damage to the community. Pet Policy: NO PETS! **GOLF CART NOT INCLUDED IN LISTING*** Golf Cart (6-person) can be rented for an additional fee. Contact host for more details.
