Enjoy the comfort of an upgraded apartment home set amid Charlotte’s historic Dilworth neighborhood. We’re nestled between SouthPark and Uptown, putting the best Charlotte has to offer right at your fingertips.  Within walking distance to Latta Park and less than a mile from Little Sugar Creek Greenway and Freedom Park. When you need to get some shopping done, we are 2.5 miles from Park Road Shopping Center and only 2 miles from Center City! We are located right next door to Carolina's Medical Center, Harris Teeter, and Fresh Market. We promise you won't be disappointed!
