The building is also very clean, modern and is a new building built in 2017. The building is also very secure with a gated entry to the building and also a gated parking lot for your car. Use of the elevator is also secure, you will be given access when you book this unit. There is also an electric charger for your parking space. There is a security guard on site from 10pm to 8am. The room is very modern, all of the inside has been freshly painted, cleaned, new wood floors, new appliances. There is a big closet for hanging clothing and also luggage racks inside the closet area. The Sofa couch pulls out to make a queen sized bed, all of the pillows and blankets can be found in the closet area. High ceilings make the space even more open. There are large windows for natural lighting, which include two up top that can be closed and opened electronically by a wall switch. All windows can be closed fully. Your wifi can be found on the side of the direct tv modem (black box under the tv. ) The balcony is perfect to enjoy a view of the downtown skyline. All of the furniture is new and was purchased for comfort. The coffee is for you to use, the sugar and creamer can be found up top in the cabinet. Extra towels can be found under the bathroom area. There is also a fan for your use in the closet, some people like the fan noise to sleep. There is central air in the unit, also a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. The rooftop has been completely renovated. There is now a pizza pit along with a hot tub/ jacuzzi, alone side a nice size cabana with layout tanning chairs.
