An oasis where families and friends come together to spend quality time and create memories. This beautiful property is located just outside of Water Street entertainment district in Henderson, Nevada. Just a short drive from the fabulous Las Vegas Strip and minutes from Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The property boasts 2.5 bedrooms with 4 beds and two full bathrooms. The outside is beautifully landscaped for you and your family to enjoy while enjoying everything Las Vegas has to offer! No parties or get together allowed. A 250 dollar security deposit hold will be authorized prior to arrival. This deposit will automatically be released if there are no damages after check out. Pets allowed with prior approval of owner for an additional 150 dollar charge. No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.
Property manager is available from 8am-11pm and 24hrs for emergencies.
