Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been successfully processed. The balance due will then be charged to the same credit card on your day of arrival.

CANCELLATION: Cancelations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposit minus a $40 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will be responsible for the full first nights deposit.
