Welcome to your dream vacation stay! Our modern, family-friendly vacation home is located in Epperson Lagoon, a picturesque community with a unique vacation experience. The location is ideal for those who want to explore the surrounding area. Located in the heart of central Florida, a short drive from the state's most popular attractions. About 1 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World, or nearby cities of Tampa and St. Petersburg, which offer a variety of cultural and recreational activities.
Lover of food, travel and meeting new people. Look forward to meeting you and helping you with your stay. You will love the neighbourhood and amenities.
Located in Epperson Lagoon community. The townhouse is 30 minutes from Tampa, 1 hour from Orlando close to near by beaches St. Petes/ Clearwater. Or visit the Grove or near by Shops at Wiregrass mall for some shopping. Most of all you are in walking distance of Epperson Lagoon where you can enjoy a day by the water. You can enjoy swimming in the lagoon, taking a turn on the obstacle course, renting a kayak or the many other amenities the lagoon has to offer. Access to the Lagoon is not included in this listing. Prices and availability can be found on the the Epperson Lagoon website. There is free on site parking available large garage which can fit most vehicles large or small. Parking in the drive way and visitor parking just steps away from the home.
