Our private backyard oasis is surrounded by tropical foliage and views of the lush, hillside ravine. Experience gentle breezes and native birds singing in surround sound while catching some rays poolside, soaking in the jacuzzi, or swinging in the egg-chair. Plentiful space is found inside and outside to play, gather, enjoy meal prepared in our gourmet kitchen or outdoor BBQ, and relax. Watch the sunset from the second-floor sun deck, then lounge around the fire pit to end your day.
I'm a fun guy! As a CXO (Chief Experience Officer), my commitment is to always deliver WOW by providing warm, thoughtful, and gracious hospitality. My wife and I love to travel. In fact, we met at Yosemite. Our love for travel has not changed once we had little ones. However, our travel style has changed a bit afterwards. Kitchen and spaciousness are non-negotiables. Years of using airbnb, vrbo, and timeshare, we can relate to guests' needs.

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

1. Pool and Jacuzzi access is included. However, since not every guest uses them, we chose to make the pool heating fee a $75/night flat rate as an optional add on.

2. Smoking is NOT allowed - $1000 fine if violated.

3. Approved day guests are subject to a $25/person per day, with a maximum occupancy of 20 including those that are staying on property. This is a restriction imposed by the City of Oceanside code enforcement.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
