This stunning townhome is a one of a kind in Palm Valley Country Club. South West facing surrounded by numerous lakes, panoramic mountain views, forever fairway views as well as action from the green right in front of the property. This 2 bed/2.5 bath condo has been updated with Italian European cabinets, marble and granite countertops, top tier stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank floors, beautiful luxury tiled bathrooms and much more. We have both floors so no one is above or below us. 180 degree view from both upstairs bedrooms & balcony, downstairs living room. We love to travel. I am from Thailand & my wife is from Austria. We have 2 kids who we've taken all over the world. Since the epidemic we've realized that the US has many great places to visit as well (try Yellowstone). We love staying in short term rentals over hotels any day.
PVCC is a great country club. In season, it is vibrant & active. Most homes have a great view of some sort - golf course, lakes, mountains, palm trees, bridges, birds & duck, etc. We just have the best 180 degrees view of them all from every room & both floors. Our property also comes with a two car garage to keep your vehicles cool and clean. Take a spin on our bicycles for a bit of exercise and fresh air. Beyond the gates of this beautiful facility, there are so many activities and restaurants to choose from. From casual to fine dining, the restaurants in Palm Desert are sure to delight your whole family. From theatres, to golf, hiking, bicycling, and world class shopping, this area offers everything you need for a peaceful vacation. A day out for us might look like this: A short drive to the River Shopping Complex, afterwards heading to the theatre for a movie, then dining at one of the many restaurants in town, a stop for refreshments at the coffee shop or may some dessert, and then head on back to this beautiful home to rest and enjoy the views of the Golf Course and gorgeous pond behind the home.
