The Property is located 20 minutes from the Airport, 5 min from the nearest freeway, 2 min. from any major shopping center, 10 min. from the mall and 35 min. from downtown Houston.
I am very friendly. I can be reach anytime for any concern you may have while occupying the property or on your way to the property. I am flexible in having my Tenant check in when they arrive in town.
The Neighbours are very quiet and do not get involve with the Tenant.
