Brandneu refurbished Sep 2018 Privacy, silence and relaxation are guaranteed at Villa Eyleen which is located at one of the widest canals at Cape Coral. Unbeatable views - there's no better way to describe this home's gorgeous gulf-access setting. Gaze one direction over 2,000 ft down the beautiful Faye Canal. Look a different direction and enjoy over 550 ft of water view towards the Faye Canal Basin, which is over 300 ft wide! Building size of 2,300 SF, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (pool bath), tile roof, over-sized garage w/epoxy floor, large great room with sliders to lanai, tons of space in kitchen including island, breakfast nook with mitered glass window, formal dining and formal living and upgraded landscaping with curbing. We are looking forward to welcome you in our newly refurbished Villa Eyleen.
