This studio is brand new featuring a king bed, kitchen, patio, and loft! Cozy up and stay in or explore. Just a 8 min walk to our neighborhood delightful market and a 15 min walk away is the Pt. Ruston waterfront, a lively, family-friendly destination featuring shopping, entertainment, an indoor public market open daily with local vendors, and dining. A brand new private studio space completed in 2022. You have your own private parking with an EV outlet available near the entrance of the suite. This modern studio space includes a bathroom with an illuminating mirror, tiled shower, and cadet heater to stay extra cozy. A glorious king memory foam bed awaits with side tables equipped with a lamp and power strip to keep your electronics charged. The sleek full size kitchen has all your cooking essentials as well as a keurig coffee machine and french press to meet your coffee preference. Utilize the sitting area with leather swivel chairs, sofa and solid marble table. Enjoy watching the 60inch television while in bed or in this area by utilizing the full motion mount. Need to do some laundry? We offer a full size stacked washer and dryer for those staying with us 4+ nights discreetly located in the unit. Please note that the unit requires navigating mandatory stairs.
