We love the fresh mountain air, hiking, boating and being at the beach. We are well-traveled Airbnb guests so we know what a host should do to create a comfortable guest experience. Enjoy full waterfront views and maybe dolphins jumping in this luxurious and modern intercoastal 3 bedroom/2 bath 1,650 sqft condo. This beautifully decorated condo is situated walking distance to Clearwater's pristine white sandy beaches and 5 star restaurants but just far enough from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the spacious kitchen. Unwind after a fun day on your private balcony, dip in the pool or relax in the hot tub. Send me a message with any questions you may have.

Neighbourhood information

This is one of the most sought after buildings and location in Clearwater Beach on the intercoastal water. You can watch the boat parades., dolphins while you are swimming or sitting in the hot tub. It's a quiet street walking distance to the beach, nightlife, restaurants, shops and many beach activities. You'll wish you had stayed longer. It's a very walkable area. There is also a trolley.
