In a very sort after estate in Simons Town, 3 km from the Penguins and lovely Beaches with stunning Views of the Bay and Beaches below. The two Suites making up the Apartment each have double beds, Kitchenettes, Living areas with a TV in each and Bathrooms, they open onto a wooden deck with chairs and table. You will have a beautiful view of the Beach and Sea with the Yachts and Boats coming and going from the harbours below.
Great fun loving family man with a zest for life. I joined the navy to see the world. The managing host lives in the area and is available via cell phone, sms, or email.
The Apartment is located in a tranquil estate, on the slopes above the village of Simon’s Town with beautiful views of the local Beach and views over False Bay. The Apartment is located a stone’s throw from Cape Point and a 10 minute walk from the village of Simon’s Town. It would be ideal to have access to a motor vehicle as some of the local amenities are geographically separated from our location.
