2 Bedroom Apartment with a roomy Bathroom (Shower/Toilet). Fully tiled and spacious the open plan area comprises Lounge/Dining Room and Kitchen. The bedrooms overlook Victoria Park with a Cityscape. While not sea facing, the sea can be seen from the entryway.

Beachurst 403 is located on Durban’s Golden Mile and is in close proximity to fun, sun and sand. North Beach is a popular spot not just for tourists but the locals as well and is a mere 250m away. The promenade is home to a host of Eateries: M Y Diner, Wimpy, Steers, Debonairs, Milky Lane to name a few. A Skate Park, Bike Hire and Fun World Amusement Park can also be found here. Ever forgotten some necessary grocery items? A café is just a few steps away. Larger stores (Spar/Pick n Pay) are also within reasonable distance.
