Dunranch House is situated in the Northern suburbs of Pietermaritzburg, in Wembley, at the corner of Old Howick and Mitchell road.  We are a five minute drive from the CBD, with access to all local amenities and well known events such as the Comrades Marathon, Duzi Canoe Marathon, Midmar Mile, Royal Show, Art in the Park and more hosted in and around the city. For the keen golfers, the picturesque Victoria Country Golf Club and Queen Elizabeth Park are just around the corner. Step out of Pietermaritzburg’s city limits and explore the famous Midlands Meander or go fishing at Midmar Dam, or visit the Howick Falls which are all only fifteen minutes away. With easy access to and from the N3 freeway linking Johannesburg and Durban, we are one hour to Durban and one and a half hours to the Drakensburg Mountains.
