Jan de Koster has been an owner at Seabrook since 2005. During 2019, some other Seabrook owners joined Jan in renting their apartments mainly for holiday accommodation. These apartments are now available for rental under Seabrook In-house Holiday Rentals.

Property information

Seabrook Holiday Apartments offer self-catering accommodation and is situated at a unique location in Margate, overlooking the main beach, children’s paddling pool and amphitheatre. Seabrook is the landmark that appears on all aerial photos of Margate Beach. Most of the apartments offer spectacular views of the Margate Golden Mile, including unrestricted beach, breaker and sea views. Guests can take long walks on the beach, which is well lit up at night. During the evenings, one can enjoy the sub-tropical climate and soak up the carnival atmosphere of Margate. Guests can enjoy a bird’s eye view from many of the Seabrook Apartments to watch the dolphins, whales, sardines and myriads of birds (seasonal) at play. It is also interesting to watch the shark nets being inspected or to follow the life savers’ activities. Life Savers are on duty all day, ensuring the safety of the swimmers. Guests can safely park their vehicle in the secured undercover parking area. After that no further transport is required during your holidays as all shops, banks, other businesses, restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance from the holiday apartments.

The sea view apartments also overlook the children’s paddling pool and amphitheatre, where a variety of holiday entertainment is offered during the holiday seasons. During the evenings the sub-tropical climate can be enjoyed while experiencing Margate’s carnival atmosphere. Guests can also take long walks on the beach, which is well-lit up at night. Walkways are also constructed along Panorama Drive and the fishing pier is a leisurely stroll away from the apartment. At the main beach, Life Savers are on duty all day ensuring the safety of the swimmers. It is interesting to watch the shark nets being inspected. From the sea view apartments, a bird’s eye view of the dolphins, whales, sardines and myriads of birds (seasonal) at play can be enjoyed. The apartments are within walking distance of all that Margate’s business area can offer. Restaurants, nightclubs, popular take-away food outlets, a supermarket for all your groceries, banks, internet shops, clothing shops, souvenir shops etc. During your stay at the apartments, it will never be necessary to use your motor car. during your stay at Seabrook.
