The staff were great and very helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Rachel was absolutely wonderful. Clearly Explained directions and how to get to the tourist attractions. Gave recommendations and  Spoke excellent English. Lovely stay

The room is comfortable and have a good space, is modern, clean and is very close to the train station, just one block, you spend 15 minutes by train to can go to the main tourist places.

Perfect for the price and very clean since we travelled with our 3 year old boy. There is also a 24hours restaurant so we could had dinner even in the late evening. The staff was very kind with us. it’s very good for a stopover in Madrid.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally kind. The location was great for us because it was so close to the airport and we were tired. The breakfast buffet had everything and it was nicely laid out. There is also a grocery store right next door.
