We had a really pleasant stay here during our road trip from the UK to Morocco. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very practical – exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any request. I accidentally left my watch behind in the room, and when I arranged a door-to-door delivery service to collect it, the team kindly packed it carefully and handed it over to the courier when they came to pick it up. That kind of attention and helpfulness made a big difference and was very much appreciated. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free stopover in Madrid, and we would happily stay here again.

The room is very clean and stylish. It features a well-equipped kitchen, and the host thoughtfully provided coffee capsules. The location is also excellent, being close to a metro station and a supermarket, making it quite convenient. Highly recommended!
