We booked this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located on the western part of the island with a view of the caldera and beautiful sunsets. On the territory of the villa there is a very nice large pool with sun loungers, a relaxation area and a bar. The rooms are large with access to the terrace or balcony. I really liked the landscape design on the territory. Quiet and calm atmosphere, wonderful breakfasts served on the terrace or balcony. Maria is a very friendly staff. The price-quality ratio is appropriate.

Very private accommodation in a quiet location away from the tourist traffic. Close to excellent restaurants and taverns. If you don't want to travel anywhere, the staff will provide you with everything you need. A good option of choosing breakfast and serving it directly to the apartment - great!!! The dinner served also at the apartment was great! We recommend it! You don't have to leave this place at all during your stay, you will be taken care of!

My stay at Melidonia Suites was truly incredible, beyond all expectations. Cleopatra is the sweetest person ever and an exceptional host — she helped me organize a surprise for my partner’s birthday and made everything perfect. A wonderful place sums it all ! Staff are really nice , cooperative young people ! Many thanks and compliments for their hospitality! The hotel is located in the south area outside of Akrotiri with a beautiful view of the sea , the caldera and the cities of Fira and Oia. We had a bad experience with flight delays and rescheduled flight to Santorini so we arrived really late but the staff provided us with some salads (after kitchen hours) so we dont have to worry where to find some food. - again many thanks ! Also our checkout was really early so they offered us to-go boxes with some breakfast and coffee - very very pleasing , thank you guys !! Upon arrival we got upgraded as a special surprise and we got the Diamond Suite which was another positive moment after the awful travel experience we had - just lovelly how they treat the guests. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the overcrowded cities of Fira and Oia this is the place ! Location is beautiful and you can easily use a car rental company to go to where you need. The room was spacious with everything you need. Everything was perfect ! If you want to visit the other cities- Oia is a 40-50 min drive , Fira is 20 mins away so its no big deal.

Everything about Black Diamond Suites was exceptional. The suite with its outdoor dining area, private jacuzzi, and balcony were private and beautiful. Anna and Kostas are the kindest and most accommodating hosts I have ever met. They made sure we had everything we needed, making car rental and airport transfer bookings and restaurant reservations for us. We arrived before check-in time, and Anna worked quickly to get our suite ready, which we appreciated very much. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious every morning--especially Kostas' outstanding omelette! We enjoyed the peace and quiet of Akrotiri and Black Diamond and didn't want to leave!
