From the hotel driver to the hotel manager, the service was outstanding. A special mention to Amar, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a serene oasis amidst a bustling street—clean, peaceful, and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. A very nice, luxurious hotel close to the airport, terminal 1. Smooth check in and check out, lovely rooms with complimentary stuff, not only in the bathroom but also in the rooms - coffee machine, water etc. Comfortable beds. Definitely a hotel to recommend. We also went for a 4 day golden triangle tour and left our extra luggage there, which were waiting for us when we returned. Then we stayed again for 2 nights and then could continue to other parts of India, relaxed.

Absolute Excellence!!! We will most definately return. As a matter of fact, we did re-book a week after one of our stays only because we were so happy with our previous stay. You can see at the Shangri-la Eros Delhi, it is Team Work at its finest and because of that, is why it works so wonderfully. The Buffet was amazing and mouth watering. Restaurant staff were most kind and attentive. We can not find any fault. A special shout out to our Doorman Jitendra Rai who went above and beyond for my brother and I. We travelled from Canada and The Netherlands for Asthi Visarjan for our father and Jitendra helped us tremndously during this emotional time with logistics. He is a jewel in the Shangri-la crown!! Thank you and we hope to see you soon.
