We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean, which made a great first impression. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view of the Bay and the sunset. A special thank you to Alice — we haven’t met someone so helpful and kind in a long time. Her assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated it!

Staff very accomodating and friendly, location opposite the beach at Sottomarina with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Short walk to Chioggia called the Little Venice with old buildings, canals and bridges. Harbour has a variety of tours by boat which are worth exploring.

"The host was fantastic and very friendly. Great location with easy access to Venice and Chioggia. The property is set in a beautiful, green and picturesque area, with a vineyard on site where you can buy wine. Our son was thrilled to see a tractor passing by while playing in the pool. The hotel is a budget solution on the way to Chioggia and Venice or when to spend some raxing days in Rosolina Mare. Our stay at Ca pagan was beautiful. The room so elegantly presented.. staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful sitting outside in the private courtyard.. such a beautiful place to stay. Nice n quiet so it's nice coming back after exploring through venice.

Location is perfect: close to attractions and vaporetto stations The room and bed were very comfortable. The room was spacious, and the lighting was excellent. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness is remarkable everywhere. Reception and breakfast staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was a pure delight with best ingredients. The coffee was great too. Mostly recommended, and we sure come again.
