Helpful and friendly staff and amazing food. We stayed in one of the rooms with the private outdoor bath. The room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was great, it is a traditional japanese buffet. Also the staff was really helpful and kind, some of them also spoke english. We really enjoyed the finnish sauna and the onsen. The relax lounge with free coffee and water was something special, as well as the comfy homesuites you get. Something really funny was the waiter roboter which served the food, but you can always call a human waiter.
I would reccomend this hotel and will definitely come back.
