Design of swimming pool, dining area, room and balcony, food quality and attention given by staff were wonderful. Maintenance of the two adjacent rooms including the air conditioners and bathrooms were different but good enough for our 3 nights’ stay. I appreciate how the new balcony lock design ensured higher security.

A really nice hotel just outside the centre of Dumaguete. A trike gets you to the centre in 5-10 mins for 20 pesos. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the rooms are of a very standard. Recommended.

Just outside the Dumaguete traffic madness but only a 10 minute scooter ride from Dumaguete. Up in the mountains close to the hot springs waterfalls and all kind of adventurous activities. Studio comes with a fully operational kitchen so you can buy your groceries on the Valencia market and make your own breakfast and lunch. The landlady is very at the job and when something needs to be done she does it immediately.

As all the other reviews say, this is a truly special place - the glass windows gives a unique panoramic view of the ocean from inside the house and on the balcony. It’s a really quiet spot right on the south of Cebu, where the only people you’ll see are the fisherman going in and out on their boats. The hidden hatch takes you down to the ocean (bring shoes to go in the sea with) - we saw a clown fish just in front of the house! The pool and planting are like a luxury resort, but with no other guests and the infinity pool is even better than the pictures! Wilson is available should you need any assistance, and couldn’t have been nicer. We either walked to the Belgian restaurant (who also deliver) for brunch, or ordered takeaways from the Italian place for dinner to enjoy on the balcony, but taxis are available easily to get to either. Karen was very easy to communicate with throughout, super helpful and arranged our transfer from the airport.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with stunning and breathtaking views of the sea. The villa is large and spacious—a true haven of peace combining luxury, modern comfort, and authentic charm. We loved enjoying the many nearby activities: turtles come right in front of the house every day, the diving trip with the whale sharks in Oslob is less than 10 minutes away (they offer the trip in a beautiful Jeepney), the magical waterfalls, and the boat trips to the sandbar at Sumilon. A big thank you to Teza for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Cebu!
