We stayed at this hotel for four nights while visiting Krakow. The hotel has very luxurious and inviting ambiance from the entrance! We arrived at the hotel way ahead of check-in time, and our room was not available for another half-hour. The lady at the front desk kindly invited us to sit on the terrace and enjoy a complimentary champagne glass if we wanted. The terrace and the views were superb! When ready to check-in, the process was very fast and easy! We stayed in a deluxe room that was very beautiful, with a high ceiling of painted wooden beams. The hotel is a former palace, and the decor of the ceiling is the restored original. The room was decorated in classic European style, quiet, and spacious. The bed was very, very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern, with heated floors. Both the rooms and the bathroom were sparking clean! All the expected in-room amenities for a 5-star hotel. Excellent wifi. The exceptional breakfast (included in price) was in the elegant restaurant on the premises. The breakfast was a mix of buffet style and a la carte (included in the price). The restaurant on the premises, Artese, is a "must try" - exquisite Malopolska region ingredients and recipes with a French makeover. All the hotel staff went beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcomed. The hotel is located in the Krakow Old Town, in the building next to the Princess Czartoryski Museum that houses the Lady with an Ermine by Leonardo da Vinci. The hotel provides airport transfer for a fee - a very professional driver. Definitely recommended; it will be our hotel of choice when in Krakow!

Great location, walking distance to main square, old town and castle. Rooms are specious, well equipped,very modern and stylish. U get the mobile phone as a room key, u can remotely control the lights, blinds, tv, A/C, which was pretty cool. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco and content of the mini fridge is nice touch. The rooftop hot jacuzzi is great, overlooking the town, just maybe one suggestion to put sheltered hooks for dressing gown as they get wet if it's raining or snowing. Saunas are bonus too, u need to pre-book them. Breakfast very tasty and great selection, served till 12 o'clock The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall one of the best places we stayed, definitely would love to come again.
