Stayed here for 2 weeks, I and my friend are rather strict reviewers and have decently high standards. I cannot fault this hotel in any way. Every area from the management, to all hotel staff overall were all impeccable. The handling of guests requests, general consistency in all areas, facilities, willingness and more so eagerness to provide the best service at all times was perfection. Breakfast, rooms, shower pressure, cleanliness, lift efficiency, air con, late checkout, spa, pool, shisha, every single service and area was amazing. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I and my friends have already said we will never stay anywhere else when we return to Doha and neither should anyone else. The quality, aesthetics, taste, price, everything was just perfect. I hope the management, overall experience, service and price range never falters. I wish I could list every single staff member but I simply cannot, I’ll just say every single breakfast staff, every assistant manager/manager, just wow. Special shoutout to Karan Lal and Samir though, they went even further than above and beyond to ensure satisfaction during our stay. The hotel location is phenomenal as well, tons of food places around the hotel, every major attraction/area/mall is no further than 20 mins on average by taxi. There is also a corner shop right outside the hotel.

Staying at this hotel truly feels like living in a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and outstanding hospitality, especially from Mr. Ramesh at the reception. Each moment spent here was a continuation of that dream. The room was perfect—isolated for privacy, with a stunning view (Pool and Entertainment Area). The restaurant and facilities were exceptional, and the hotel’s location was ideal for me. The pools and overall design of the hotel added to the experience, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The supportive staff were present everywhere, making our stay even more enjoyable. I am still amazed at the value for money; this is a 7-star hotel offered at the price of a 3 or 4-star establishment. Flawless experience! Everything was fantastic, from the check in lady ( i think her name was Habi) she was very nice, super fast and very accommodating! She even took the time to get me a room with a very nice view! Also the concierge, the lady of the tours desk, Chathu the beach attendant and the boy that was in charge of the cleaning (room 1140) Honestly a very satisfactory stay. I definitely come back.
