It was a very relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. Staff were all very professional and friendly. Specially Melek was super friendly and at the same time professional.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Park Mandalin
It was very calm, peaceful and very romantic getaway
Our room was exactly how it is on the pictures and it was very clean
We would definitely go back here for a weekend

Centrally located along the river. Very close to shops, restaurants, parks, pier and beach. We enjoyed our stay here and found it very relaxing. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We received a free upgrade to a room with a fireplace. The room is cute and has a small shower but it is enough.
The garden has a lot of mandarin trees and the patio is right next to the river, lovely to sit and relax when it is sunny
The location is very good and a 25 minute walk to the city center.
