Spacious room, nicely decorated, extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, nice shampoo, etc. provided. All staff very friendly and helpful. Easy check in/out. Good parking. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Brian had great recommendations regarding things to do and see in the area. The breakfast is out of this world and the best we’ve had in any bed and breakfast that we’ve stayed at. Comfortable and excellent views from anywhere on the property. This was our third stay and we will be back again.

Location- view was great; right above the freeway. Lots of hiway noise.

My family stayed at this property to travel Redwood National Park and it was a perfect location. The house is a little outdated but well-maintained, clean and well equipped. Moreover the lagoon/ocean view was fantastic. The house was very comfortable for four of us and two small dogs. Pet-friendly was another merit of this house. We had no major complaints about our stay at Freshwater Lagoon Retreat.
