The property was so clean, rooms were spacious and bed were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had all the essentials. Great location and very central, a short walk to the busy centre of Hanoi. The staff!!!!! I have never met staff that are so helpful and kind. They will do absolutely anything for you to make your stay perfect and also are great to help with booking days out etc. They gave me a free upgrade with a window when I was feeling unwell and a gift of coffee bags and a grinder to take home. Nothing is too much for this lovely team of staff.

The hotel staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was well-kept, clean and comfortable. It is important to note that the hotel is located in the old town, a very busy area with many bars and nightclubs. Therefore, it is important to note that, due to its location, there will be noise at night.

Very unique hotel with excelene approach and friendly staff. We really felt welcome and taken care of. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Lobby of the hotel is very unique and beautiful, rooms are modern and clean. We have nothing bad to say about it. Also, hotel has very good location - everything was close. If we come back to Hanoi, it will be our first choice.

Very good, polite and helpful front office staff Specially Lydia and Kevin with a good hospitality. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a free room upgrade on arrival.
