It felt like a very authentic Vietnamese experience to stay at Happy Happy bungalow. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We were served vegetarian lunch and dinner as requested and everything was delicious. We also did the motorbike tour with them and it was one of the best experiences in Vietnam. We got to explore rice fields, local farms and neighbouring mountains. I’ll definitely recommend doing the tour with them if you’re staying here. They also have a puppy and a cat and they just enhance the entire experience ten-fold. It really was a happy happy stay for us.

Loved the location, amazing views and very peaceful. Room was large and spacious and well lit. The family host was amazing and incredibly friendly. Breakfast and dinner were different every day and cooked with fresh ingredients (I think many vegetables were grown on site)! I prolonged my stay and would visit again without a doubt. I felt very welcome and peaceful here.

Very friendly staff, especially the middle aged staff member wearing a sweater also occupying the cooking place as well as welcoming guests. He and the other staff members made us feel genuinely welcome in the beautiful Vietnamese welcoming way. There was a delicious breakfast with each day something new to try out. Room was clean, large, good AC etc

Mr Smith was so helpful. He arranged a local guide for the day. On another day he arranged a driver to take us to several places for the full day. We also left some clothes at the hotel and he helped and for them to be sent to our hotel in Hanoi the next day!!! Amazing service!!

Everything was efficient, clean and comfortable. I even enjoy the massage. A special thanks goes to the staff and the girl at the receptionist who was so lovely and kind. They offered us tea both during the check in and check out time and they even gave us a bottle of water and a banana each for the road on our way back to Hanoi.

Staff were so friendly and kind. Everything was new and clean, felt very modern. They offer a free shuttle service to and from town which is great. Outdoor and indoor pool, outdoor one is not heated so great on a hot day. The robes in the room we every soft. They have all the amenities you’d need, toothpaste & brush, comb, shampoo etc.. breakfast is incredible! Such a highlight.

Exceptional personnel. Very kind in all possible situations. The place is located in an amazing position, you can see all the rice terrace. Very calm.
