In the first few days, there was a woman at the reception. she did a great job, thank you very much. The last 3 days there was a young man working, he was working very hard, and all our wishes were fullfilled. He was maybe the manager, he had the control about everything. He even organized a boat trip for us like it was nothing. Even we dont speak vietnamese. It was awesome experience to stay in that Hotel. Thank you so much. I come again
