The hotel was amazingly beautiful. It is the best hotel i have ever stayed in, and I've traveled a lot. The breakfast was the best ever. Ambiance and design amazing. Easy access to Mount Fansipan with station under hotel. Views from hotel, the funicular and cable car amazing.

Reception is very helpful and friendly, nice lady Mao helped us to book walking tour to three villages, also she will offer you bikes for rend and tickets . Comfortable memory foam mattress, great Mountain View , breakfast, good restaurant -all you need to stay in Sapa. Recommend

A wonderful place with clean rooms, hot showers, a bathtub, a kettle, and an incredible view from the window. The location is just 10 minutes by taxi from the city center, so it was quiet. The hotel also had a kitchen — I especially enjoyed the honey chicken, pancakes, pho bo, and mint & ginger tea. I would like to highlight the staff separately. In all my years of traveling to different countries, this was probably the most attentive and responsive manager I have ever met. Overall, we were more than satisfied :)

Premier room, top floor: Extremely service-oriented team from reception, restaurant and cleaning staff, simply a great team. On request, excursion tips are given, help with external scooter rentals, transport to the train station, Fansipan ticket organization, and in-house massage organized super quickly, served by first-class therapists. You always feel like a warmly welcome guest. Breakfast buffet is simple in the intercontinental area; but there are fresh egg dishes. The room was super nice and had everything you need for a high class stay; the bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Many thanks to the entire staff for the wonderful time, especially to David!
