The kitchen staff is amazing. I browsed through older reviews and it seems like the hotel took criticisms seriously as I typically couldn't relate to them.

Speaking English and Spanish at the 24-hour front desk, staff are always at hand to help. I had an incredible experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed having executive access, which is a fantastic feature that allowed me to snack and take advantage of the happy hour, offering a variety of drinks. The amenities were clean, and the food was outstanding.
