The lobby is nicely decorated and smells really great. The rooms are also comfortable and it was nice to see that they matched the rest of the hotels aesthetic. The hotel leaves many small details for you like water bottles, toothbrushes, and combs. The location is perfect. There is a metro station about two blocks away and it is near the centro. It isn’t where all the chaos but a very walkable distance from all of it.

The on-site Ni'Mat Spa has a sauna, hot tub and relaxation area. Everything from the public areas to the lovely rooms. The staff was exceptional. My husband and I were visiting Copenhagen for a few days when I fell and broke my hip while out sightseeing. The staff could not have been more helpful. We will go back to Copenhagen and would no consider staying anywhere else!

Easy to do the check and the crew was helpful with the information with activities or any issue that we had; actually the last day one of them came to fix the tv and we didn’t ask them before, that’s quality. By the way we loved the games on the bar and the music band singing happy birthday 🎂

They surprised my husband with small cakes on his birthday the day we arrived which i didn’t expect that they would do that even they said they don’t have package deal for my ideas. But they really made effort with everything greeting card and cakes it was excellent.

Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and supportive, the bar was good, the spa amazing and the gym very good for being in a hotel, it had all the equipment I needed. The view from the Spa and my room were amazing too.
