Honestly, the best hosts we have ever encountered. Communication after booking, prior to check-in and while there was excellent and I could not ask for kinder, more prompt or attentive responses. We arrived on a very early morning flight with four children. The hosts were so unbelievably considerate and had an assortment of cereal and milk waiting for us. It's a great location to KEF and to the bridge between continents. Often photos will make a space look larger than it is but this home was very spacious for our family of six. It was very clean and very well stocked. If we ever make it back to Iceland we will definitely stay with these hosts again. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality.

Other facilities at Comfort and Rest include a hot tub. Absolutely amazing. The property was quite large, super tasteful decoration, comfy beds, a very well equipped kitchen. The host was also one of the nicest persons I've ever met, so kind and helpful!!! The cleanliness was also spot on, one of the cleanest places that I've stayed in. The highlight of the property for me was the patio with the private hot-tub and a grill. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy youself. The sunset was also amazing, with nothing blocking the view! I can only recommand it!

It is a great location out of the way but a close drive to Keflavik and many sites. The location was perfect for getting to see the Northern Lights. The hosts respond quickly. The stay itself was wonderful.

The garden's relaxing thermal bath is made from washed-up ocean stones. A delicious home made breakfast that was healthy and tasty. Included a slice of rhubarb pie that is a family recipe from Andi’s mom back in Sweden. They offered slippers to wear around indoors, and sandals to wear outdoors. So much chilled water available in a small fridge. A very clean bathroom and shower with nice amenities. All of that was great, but having pleasant hosts was much needed, unexpected and a delight.

The room is also quite a way from all main attractions, it’s about a 45 min to an hour drive to downtown and most things..

Such a perfect place for family. The owner is very considerate and helpful. Location is great because it is close to many tourist attraction.
