The hotel has an extremely homely feel to it, we felt completely relaxed at all times thanks to the ambience of the place. The host and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always good.

The breathtaking views from the balcony were a highlight, offering a serene backdrop for our stay. The property is beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool area where our children loved to play. The service at Villa Caruso was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Each guest has a private apartment and bathroom with a small kitchenette. The residence is in a private, tropical botanical garden with a beautiful swimming pool. Breakfasts (and other meals) are in a beautiful open air covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and palm trees. Recommend the mezza pensione/half board in which dinner is included. The dinners include several antipasti/appetizers, a primo/pasta, a secondo/meat which was usually fresh local fish, dessert, and wine made by the owners. Very good value for the money and everything was freshly made at the moment! A bonus: the best beach on Ischia, San Francesco, is an easy 10-minute walk from the residence. Will definitely return! The staff is like family!

Breakfast was more than ample; hostess/owner was personable, gracious and helpful. Hot pool/Roman bath was an unexpected treat. Perfectly located 30 feet from a bus stop and easily walkable to Sant’Angelo.
