Everything was excellent, especially the facilities for toddlers (our son was 14 months but had plenty toys to play). Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. It is a great hotel with small children. Also the New Year event was excellent with kids, as there was a lot of room for kids to play and they were not forced to sit at the table. The restaurant had excellent food and we enjoyed the breakfast too. The room was spacious and very clean and perfectly fit for a toddler, there were no dangerous items/furniture. Also the pool was wonderful, perfect temperature of the water for a toddler, and very relaxing. We liked that we had to do a reservation and it was never overcrowded. The massages I had were excellent. I liked the bathrobe in the room and the direct elevator to the pool. Also very clean sauna and steam bath. We will definitely recommend your hotel to other families or couples.

Far above the best stay in my many trips to Lucca Located in the best part of Centro Historico Beautifully decorated. 18 ft ceiling with frescoes Huge kitchen and living room. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. the room was spacious and a big yard and main hall with a table where we had meals . The owner provided the kettle a knife and a plate with forks and tea bags and some home-made crackers

Apartment rooms are very clean and modern , location is amazing,staff is very friendly and also supportive - we asked for a baby chair and we been offered with one , we asked for later checkout due to our train scheduled and we been offered for stay for extra time since we were travelling with little baby. laundary room was a nice bonus and also complementary breakfast on the morning of our check-out

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Villa Pavone features accommodation with pool with a view and free WiFi. The holiday home offers a spa experience, with its hot tub, spa facilities and open-air bath. Free private parking is available and the holiday home also provides bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. The place is absolutely beautiful with a nice garden and pool area, and the hot tub is great. We had a lovely aparment on the second floor. One could admire the mountin view from the balcony. The appartment is spaceus and there is a nice kitchenarea and a woodburner for chilly evenings. A bottle of prosecco was much appreciated. The hosts were very, nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. The village is charming and quiet with a couple of restaurants and a nice small grocery shop just next to the accomodation. You can also find great hiking trails nearby. We could park our car just outside the appartment.
