The room is spacious, clean, well equipped, actually looks much better than in the pictures. Fabio & Kelly are very nice, they helped us with our rented car & provided us some advices on surrounding areas. We had dinner with their family -a must have experience in Tuscany :). The food is so delicious with reasonable price. The breakfast portion is very good and so big for us that we have to share- bread & jambon, pancake, homemade yogurt, orange jam etc. Thanks to them we had the best trip ever, will stay there again if we have chance to come back. We also love their cat & dog :)

Nice little touches of gowns, slippers, welcoming bottle of wine and use of Laundry facilities. We loved being able to prepare our own breakfast and it was all so comfortable and wonderful. A warm welcome also from Mario at the main Terra Antica venue when we fetched out key. Gracie mille!
