The architectural beauty was unmatched by any hotel I stayed at in Japan. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not always get it right but by golly, they got everything right all in all. The food was exemplary and the onsen was good. I plan to go back.

Nao made recommendations for the mountains/snow conditions each day and dinner recommendations. Upon check out we were dropped off to the bus station as well. We will definitely be back when we next come to Japan. Thank you Nao for an unforgettable stay!!
