It was an emergency stop due to train stoppage due to floods. I was totally amazed at the front desk guy Michael. He keeps so calm and totally in control with dozens of people queuing up for a room. He was helpful and had a good service mind and kept all the guests happy with his smile. Well done Mike. I would hire him any day.

Location is central, everything is quite near- city centre, the main railway station - a ten- minute walk. The cathedral is a stone’ s throw from the hotel. The room is nice, beds are extra comfy. Breakfast is delicious- there ´s a variety of breads, fruits, veggies, cheeses etc. - there’ s also a fresh fruit squeezer. A variety of teas and coffees is available every day.
