I loved the lobby, and the rooms. The luggage storage was a great addition, and the wifi worked flawlessly. Coffee and tea setup in the room was great! Wonderful bathrooms, and beds. Close to public transit. All the staff spoke English.

The room was nice and clean. The receptionist was super pleasent. We have payed parking extra, which is close to the hotel and with 24/7 surveillance and that is really handy. Breakfast is amazing, with so many options; we simply loved it. The bathroom was clean, and you get a bunch of small shampoos, body lotions, etc. There's also a minibar and safe, so overall, it was a great experience.

I liked the location of the hotel was within walking decent to the metro and tram. The hotel and room was very modern and cozy. I was able to watch loads of YouTube videos and Netflix on a big flatscreen TV. Definitely a great stay for anyone traveling alone.

Super friendly and very helpful staff. Free washer/ dryer, Italian espresso, fruit, and sweet breads. Perfect walking location for everything you need, in the middle of all the monuments, settled on a non busy street, close to the metro, close to the main downtown vitosha street where there lots of people, restaurants, and shops. Good cleaning staff, room felt like brand new.
