It is a boutique hotel in the middle of nature but still close to the city. The personnel was caring and helpful; the facility is top-class luxurious. We especially liked the saunas and the natural swimming pool. Access to the wellness area is limited to only a few people at a time, so it never feels busy. I had a great stay at Volcano Spa Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of food. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it's peaceful and well-connected. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it!
