The design of the hotel, the environment, the cleanliness and the services. Everything is just so perfect. The only exception was the swimming pool…. Maybe due to weather, just found that lots of little bugs inside the pool, not good for swimming.

The ownee was very polite. He chatted us up quite a bit, and helped us find a nice boat ride for Königssee. Him and his wife were attentive to the guests. You can see that they truly love their work and value each customer.
