As a disabled person travelling on their own a lot so much of what is important is how you are met as an individual. This hotel so far exceeded my expectations it made me very emotional. From checking in to leaving the next morning (I only stayed one night as a lay-over between flights) I was treated with such respect and helpfulness by all staff. I had help with luggage to my room, had help with items I had forgotten, and just such a kind and helpful approach by everyone I met. I wish I had had more time to spend here and longer to lie in the extremely comfortable bed! My room was very spacious and had everything I needed, including complimentary bottled water, teas and coffee machine. I had to leave too early to have breakfast but did have both food and cocktails the night before and it was all exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay here again and/or recommend to anyone.
