From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured that our check-in was smooth and efficient. They were always smiling, professional, and attentive to all our needs. A special thanks to Ash from guest support, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was assisting with our room requests, giving us tips on the best activities, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, Ash truly made our holiday exceptional. The resort itself is breathtaking, with beautiful views, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service throughout. Every detail was well thought out, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the variety of dining options available. "The room was of a high hotel standard with nothing missing — even an espresso machine and a mosquito repellent were provided. There was also a spacious dressing room inside. The resort, the sea, the diving, the coral reefs, and the colorful fish were all wonderful, along with a variety of restaurants to suit every taste. Our booking included breakfast and access to the SPA, where we enjoyed a lot of relaxation and pleasure."

The staff is very polite. The resort is very clean and kept together with a amazing staff. Tons of great food and a nice private beach. They even upgraded me to a suite with no additional cost. I stayed last year at Piramissa or now it's called V hotel and they are horrible in every category. I recommend Continental to anyone and even people with kids.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always happy to help when needed. The location was great and walking distance to naama bay night life. The buffet food was so good especially lunch and dinner, loved the variety and the special edition of charcoal bbq everyday. The swimming pool was great but also liked the easy access to the beach across the road. We had such a wonderful time and made many great memories.

Everything you expect from quality 4* hotel. Friendly bartender, quick reception, tasty food, three pools, great hotel layout, inexpensive prices. You can see hotel is italian oriented, by food choices and spoken language. Two sand beaches at Naama Bay, one walkable 5 min Gavi beach, second 5 min driveable by hotel bus near Kalimera Sharm.

Nice self contained apartment. Has all the facilities and a handy mini supermarket nearby for essentials. Great quiet location. Shared pool but virtually private as not heavily used. Balcony lovely for sunsets. 10-15mins walk to Naama Bay beach. Amr the owner very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Amazing location, friendly helpful staff, amazing spa in the hotel, great excursions to book from the hotel like desert safari trip, RAS Mohammed sea trip with snorkelling/scuba diving. Free shuttle bus every evening to Naama bay. 2 huge pools and entertainment was 10/10. I would 100% book this again.

Jewel Hotel is located in the beautiful Naama Bay, on the beach. My room had a stunning view over the blue water in the daytime and over at the lights of the city on the night time. Friendly and helpful staff, modern rooms and bathrooms, room service, and outside food during the whole day, till 2 am. A mention for the people who like a glass of wine for dinner: they don't serve alcohol, but it is allowed to bring your own one. Thank you to everyone there, for your kindness, and for treating me so well!

The location of the hotel is excellent — just a one-minute walk to Naama Bay, and getting to Old Sharm takes less than 10 minutes by taxi. As for the pool and other amenities, they are truly top-notch. Everything is well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is super relaxing. Highly recommended!
