A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh, and I must say, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any request, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The common areas were equally impressive, with a serene ambiance that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Comfort is another area where the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh truly excels. Every detail, from the quality of the bedding to the layout of the room, has been carefully considered to create an inviting and restful environment. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay, which is exactly what I look for in a hotel. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh. The staff, facilities and comfort were all exceptional, with the staff being the highlight of my stay. I had the most interaction with staff member Raul. He is a great person and his attention and service put my Edinburgh experience over the top. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Location, the classic old style, service and nice staff

The hotel is very center and new, cleaning is top notch. The staff are simply amazing, very attentive to details and always there to support. Huge thanks to each member of the staff that we met. Your hospitality is nothing short of exceptional ♥️🙏

The staff is so friendly The interior decorating is amazing The surrounding is cool, not an area you will visit if you didn’t live here. Just pay attention no elevators, but it’s only one flight of stairs 😁
