Staff at the Club were super efficient, helpful and friendly. Joyce went out of her way to make our stay unforgettable. Housekeeping was also perfect.

The staff in every step of the hotel was exceptionally helpful. Especially Alex and Rene, they were really kind and ready to help. They are very professional and know how to treat the customers. The service was fantastic from the moment I arrived to the very last day. Even though typhoon came to the city and we can’t go anywhere outside, they really keep asking and offer things we didn’t expect such as volunteering to be a tour guide walking around the hotel and observe the Ritz Carlton. We were truly impressed and appreciative a lot. Moreover, they know that my SIM card is not activated so they let the expert coming to my room and helped every possible way to fix the problem!! The view and environment is clean and really beautiful. We love the complimentary champagne and the snack settings that you welcomed us. I personally love the convenience of W hotel. It is located in a large mall and connected to airport and MTR access where you can go anywhere very easily. I highly recommend W Hongkong hotel. If you are looking for a sophisticated place with a highly skilled and experienced staff, this place is the only answer for you!! I will definitely stay here again soon 💚

The vibe- the warm welcome upon check-in and send off when we checked out

Rather big rooms for a city like Hong Kong, with great views to Victoria harbour. Comfortable beds, a nice rain shower, coffee and water machine in the room. Terrace on the 40th floor, where you can enjoy the views. Breakfast is not cheap, but very good quality and again great views from there. The entrances N1 and N2 to Tsim Sha Tsui Station are around the corner, so there is a great connection to get to Hong Kong Island. Will stay here again for our next visit.
