From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with kindness and care that truly set the tone for our entire experience. The hospitality was flawless—every single member of the team, from the doormen to the restaurant staff and the executive lounge team, went out of their way to make us feel at home. The level of service, attention to detail, and warm professionalism is something we’ll always remember. We want to give a special thank you to Mrunali, the concierge who made our stay unforgettable. She helped us organize incredible tours, suggested great local bars and restaurants, and was a constant source of support—especially when my wife felt unwell. Mrunali not only assisted with getting medication but also checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. Her kindness and care truly made a difference. Our room was pure 5-star luxury—extremely comfortable bed, stunning view of the mangroves, and a beautiful bathroom that made it feel like a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the city. Plus, gym and Wellness Spa were unreal. Taj The Trees is more than a hotel—it’s an experience. We’re so grateful for the warmth and generosity we received, and we can’t wait to return.

Loved our stay at "Shine Hospitality" Group of hotel, Powai. The team is very friendly and anticipated our needs before our arrival. The ambience is fun, well designed and tastefully decorated. The rooms are new with strong air condition and spotless crisp sheets. The Indian food was great too. It is conveniently located with ample cabs available to go to the airport. We travelled with our baby and enjoyed the comfortable stay. We’ll certainly return back. A big thanks! to the management for creating and running such a great hotel
