Every staff member, without exception, was very friendly and eager to be of help. The on-site restaurant was the best one at which we ate during our two night stay. Try the olive ascolane. Easy walking distance to everything.

The hotel is just a few minutes by foot from the heart of Ascoli Piceno, in a small quiet street. The owner, Cinzia, went above and beyond to facilitate my arrival late in the day and offer helpful advice on visiting the city.

Breakfast was wonderful- we enjoyed the variety and freshness of what was offered (a welcome break from the typical/simple breakfast at a local bar offered by many B&Bs). Parking nearby worked out very well and we appreciated the friendly and reliable communication with the front desk.

This is a wonderful rural inn with a terrific restaurant. We booked it because it was close to several places in Abruzzo we planned to visit, and because of its promising menu. And we were not disappointed. The owner is warm and eager to help with anything. When we checked in, I commented that the day's menu included tripe, which i do like. that evening, our waiter started by asking if i was the guest who wanted tripe. and i did.

Location was fabulous in the heart of Ascoli Piceno in Piazza del Popolo in front of Meletti’s, a famous bar known for their Anisette liqueur. It is my favorite piazza, one of many. A few photos attached of restaurant for dinner close by. Also must try gelato and olive shaped gelato at Andrea’s!

Nice little place extremely close to Piazza del Popolo (<5 min). Emidio was pleasant and very easy to get in touch with. He checked in regularly to see how the trip was moving along. Having a washing machine was a plus. Hope I get the chance to stay again!
