We loved everything about this hotel! The staff were super friendly, very helpful from organizing cooking classes to getting us tickets for a soccer match- you name it! Super clean, beautiful decorations, great breakfast and the treats in the reception were the cherry on top! Location is ample where almost everything was within a 5-10 mn walk. Highly recommend this place! Can’t wait to be back!

Trevi Fountain

Much to the annoyance of his fellow gods who chose to simply materialise, Oceanus preferred to travel by cumbersome shell-shaped chariot. Constructed in 1762 at the height of the baroque, the Trevi Fountain is one of the world’s most elaborate – and romantic – fountains. The God Oceanus is the fountain’s centrepiece. Swimmers take heed: beware of the vigilant fountain police!

I saw Trevi Fountain in 1969.

I saw Trevi Fountain in 1969. Could not tell you if it changed any in the last 50 years. This time around it was a madhouse. Standing room only. Had to push and shove to get up close for a picture. It's a hotspot so be prepared for the crowds. 50 years ago you didn't have everybody trying to get a "selfie".

Try to do late in the day and just up the side street is a fantastic resturant and bar... outstanding for a relaxing cocktail. It is called Comodo! Then after a few of their cocktails go back to the fountain and see in the dusk/dark with all of the lights on before going to find a resturant to eat.

I would suggest to wake up early and arrive to the fountain around 7 am in the morning. You will still find a big crowd of people, but it would be far more pleasant and comfortable than going there later in the afternoon.

We loved it.

We loved it. We got there just before they closed down the site to visitors but it was very crowded. If you want another view of it, try the store across the street which has large windows to take photos of Trevi Fountain.

Absolutely overcrowded.

Absolutely overcrowded. We were there on a Friday late afternoon. Took the subway there and walked the rest of the way. We did not want to use the subway in the dark so we decided beforehand to get a taxi or uber back, however, they were charging astronomical prices as they knew we were desperate. We ended up going back by subway.

The best hotel we've stayed at worldwide, It's steps away from Trevi fountain, which makes off hours visits possible to beat the crowd. The room was spotlessly clean, and silently quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, and remember my name throughout my stay. The breakfast was included in our booking, ALA carte, cook to order, great quality. Dinner and service was Michelin standard. Oh did I mention that mini bar is free to use? We will absolutely come back!

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and the location coudn't be more perfect. It's only a few steps away from the Trevi Fountain and surrounded by beatiful restaruants and charming bakeries. You truly feel the vibrant Roman atmosphere all around you. However, for a four star hotel, the cleaning and maintenance did not quite meet our expectations. With some improvements in those areas, this place could be easily be exceptional.

Great location, very nice part of Rome. Near the Vatican, great restaurants and coffee bars. Bit of a distance to central Rome and major sites like Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Took a cab. Staff was very pleasant and hotel room was very nice, balcony was perfect! Breakfast included was delicious and restaurant was very convenient. Pictures are from the view of my balcony.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. The staff are very friendly. The room is simple but spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning — an important convenience on a hot day in Rome. The breakfast espresso was excellent. Although it’s a simple hotel, it met our expectations, especially considering the price.

I loved this hotel and it was the perfect base to see as much as I could on my 1 day transiting through Rome. I loved staying in the Monti area and it wasn't too bad of a walk to the Colesseum and even the Trevi Fountain. The hotel and room was beautiful. There were a lot of activities on that I didn't have time to take part in, but I would love to stay again for longer next time. Will definitely be back!
